It is a sad day for the St. Louis Rams after the passing of their team owner.

The offseason changes on the Rams’ coaching staff continued with the official hiring of Terry Shea as quarterbacks coach and the removal of tight ends coach Judd Garrett.
The Garrett decision was tough on Linehan, considering the death of his wife, Kathy, last August. The 40-year-old Garrett is now a single parent for four children, ranging in age from nine to 15.
Linehan believes Garrett needs more time “to get everything together with his family. That was something I felt strongly about personally. It’s a hard thing, because he requires some more time at home.
“You want the best for everybody in these situations. In his position, it’s not the best thing for him to be away from his family.
